The Story
Celler Ramanyà sits in the Santa Maria del Camí area — Mallorca's most serious wine country — and produces wines that feel personal rather than produced.
The cellar focuses on indigenous varieties: Manto Negro, Callet, Prensal Blanc. No international grapes borrowed for mass-market appeal. The quantities are small. The approach is low-intervention. The tastings feel like visiting a working cellar, not a tourist stop.
Philosophy
How we work.
Indigenous grape varieties only
Minimal intervention in cellar and vineyard
Small quantities — quality over volume
Signature Wines

Manto Negro Rosé
Pale, dry, entirely Mallorcan — the estate's most approachable wine.

Callet Red
The indigenous red that almost disappeared from Mallorcan viticulture. Deep, earthy, worth the trip.

Prensal Blanc
The white of Mallorca's interior — herbal, mineral, completely unlike anything from the coast.
The Feeling
Feels like
A Saturday morning with the family, not a tourism experience.
Best time
Morning tastings, spring and autumn
Music
The sound of a working cellar.
Perfect for
The CinCin Notes
Celler Ramanyà represents what we find most interesting about Mallorcan wine right now — small family producers working indigenous varieties with low intervention, before the island's wine reputation fully tips into the premium tourist market.
Book ahead. The tastings are small, the welcome is genuine, and the Callet is unlike anything you'll find outside of Mallorca.
