Ristorante Filo takes its name and its identity from the line that connects it to the lake — the cooking is direct, seasonal, and built around the produce that Lake Como and its surrounding hills provide.
Lake perch, the local pasta, olive oil from the hills above the western shore. This is old-world Italian cooking with the manners of a place that has been doing this for a very long time.
