Xune Andrade's five-table restaurant in a mountain village in Asturias.
Monte is a restaurant founded in 2019 by Xune Andrade in the village of San Feliz in the municipality of Lena. Five tables are served with charcoal cooking, ferments and produce from the Asturian mountains; the house holds a Michelin star and a Green Star. The wine list is run by Delia Melgarejo, focused on small growers and mountain wines.
This house is listed, not in the register. We have not yet written its four decisions.
