Santa Bárbara Eco-Beach Resort
Thirty timber, cork and bamboo studios and villas above Santa Bárbara beach.
Opened in 2015, the resort sits directly above the black-sand beach of Santa Bárbara near Ribeira Grande on the north coast of São Miguel. Its 30 units are built from local cryptomeria wood, cork and bamboo, each with kitchenette and veranda. There is an indoor pool, gym and a restaurant using vegetables from the resort's own farm.
This house is listed, not in the register. We have not yet written its four decisions.
